It’s amazing what getting up early to feed the horses and having several good workouts can do for you. The stables are so serene in the morning, and doling out hay and the occasional horse snack just feels like a world apart from hurrying to work and getting to the complicated stuff in life.
An the way I feel after a vigorous spinning session is just something I can recommend to anyone feeling a bit dippy. The stupid thing is, that generally when you’re depressed you’re not likely to be inclined to get up early or work out
Anyways, I got two new students learning the ropes, so any time left over from the horses, workout and social stuff is taken up by work work work. I love it!
