I just spent an amazingly fun long weekend in Groningen, where a very dear friend made me real Penne all’Arrabiata with peas! And he served it on a tray!
Oh it’s good to have friends who share your sense of humor and a love for cooking.
And there was much more cooking that weekend. Bloody amazing lamb chops, large shrimps en flambé (I pretty much flambéed everything that could possibly be flambéed).
So yay! For friends, food and fun!
